Our Hiring Process
  • We’ll start off with a friendly, 30-minute Zoom call to break the ice, ask any and all burning questions, and help both sides glean things beyond what a resume can aptly show.

  • Being a fully-remote team means we appreciate even the smallest opportunities for face-to-face time. You’ll be introduced to the key folks at Tandem — many of whom you’ll be working with directly, should you be hired!

  • Think of this as our chance to observe you in your element, first-hand, when a problem-solving challenge is placed in front of you.

  • How do you behave in a team setting versus working solo? Where do your natural strengths and interests lie? What are your communication and learning styles? Are you team ketchup, mustard, both or neither?

    Choose your references wisely, as we need an answer for that last one especially. 😉

  • We’ll connect one last time to cross all Ts and dot all Is (both figuratively and literally, with paperwork) before we officially welcome you aboard!
